Beirut Port Redevelopment
Recently, a huge blast completely destroyed the main Port of Beirut, leaving the already struggling city without it’s port. The project tries to tackle the already present challenges of city and solve it with the help of conscious design interventions.
The Design reacts to the Social, Economic and Funtional needs of the city and aims to sustain and compliment the already present services in the vicinity as well as introducing new ones.
The Green Line concept is an idea to introduce a funtional social green space in a city with less than 2 percent green cover. The system of Parks, Boulevards and Alternations help in connecting the Central Business District, Bus Stop, Railway Station and Beirut River to the port.
Brussels Midi Railway Station Re-interpretation
The project reinterprets the old railway station by using the elements present within the building. It is an experimentation to constrain the design process by not introducing a new design language, rather use the elements within, thus connecting the different time layers of the building with harmony.
Lucknow Multi Modal Transportation Hub
The project is based in the capital city of Uttar Pradesh (India), Lucknow. The goal is to connect the intercity transport with the intra city transport. The city has a huge traffic congestion problem due to lack of transport infrastructure. Site, opposite to the historical Charbagh Railway Station provides with an opportunity to build a multi modal transporta
